About Me
“See the light in others, and treat them as if that is all you see.” Wayne Dyer
My name is LaRell. I am a photographer/videographer who has been obsessed with photography since I was 6 years old. I particularly love light, and the amazing things you can do with it. I have 15 years of experience shooting professionally. I have lived in California, Oregon, Nevada, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and now Colorado. I have a love of all things digital media.

I love working with people, and getting to know what makes you "You" so I can more effectively capture your essence in my photos.

I have a love of collaborating with other artists. We are all individuals who are collectively one in a way within this world. And I feel that great benefit and joy can be had through working in a non-selfish way, that benefits others as well as yourself. Collaborating, and putting multiple peoples skills and knowledge together, can result in the creation of some amazing things!

My mission, is to use my love of photography, videography and video creation, together with my love of working with other people, to collectively benefit community. I love photography, and videography and the opportunity video provides to present an idea, product, or person to the world in a beautiful, visually stimulating way.

I also happen to be transgender. This is something that I do not let keep me from living a normal life, and accomplishing normal things just like anyone else would. I was born a boy, but love life far more now as a woman, and I feel as though potential clients of mine may be uncomfortable working with me. And therefore I feel the need to throw that bit of information out there. However....there are plenty other people who may be far more comfortable working with me knowing this about me. :-) If you are part of the LGBTQ spectrum, and are in need of a photographer, perhaps to photograph your wedding, please reach out.
