Videography takes it to a new level.  Having a visually stimulating video which effectively integrates photography and videography, edited into a beautiful presentation that allows potential buyers to take a virtual walk-through of the home or property before scheduling a showing, has proven to increase sales.  People are more likely to request a showing, if they can already see from the comfort of their home, that the home or property is what they are looking for.
